1. Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Please note that vintage and upcycled items may require extra care in packaging.
- Shipping Carriers: We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Shipping Costs: Provided on request based on weight, size, and destination.
- Local Pickup: Customers may choose local pickup at checkout.
2. Packaging & Sustainability
We care about sustainability. Whenever possible, we reuse packing materials and boxes while ensuring your items arrive safely. Expect a mix of vintage charm and eco-conscious packing.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Final Sale Policy: Due to the unique nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind treasures, all sales are final.
- Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and work with you to find a resolution (replacement if available, store credit, or refund).
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders cannot be returned.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been shipped.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
